This land is basically NW OKC. It is zoned C-3 and is part of PUD Case #1261. The surrounding area has grown greatly with residential developments. Turnpike Authority is considering adding an Exit at this intersection as well. Pin survey is available. This area has great potential for commercial development in that the area needs that infrastructure and the upcoming new exit from the Kilpatrick will explode this area very soon. the land is very level and will require minimal lot preparation.
