Leasing Fee

Our Leasing Fee Includes:

Performing a Market Rental Analysis and Assessing current market rent rate
Coordinating the advertising of the property for rent on multiple rental outlets
Showing property to potential Tenants
Screening potential tenants (Background, Credit Check, Employment & Rental History)
Procuring the Tenant & Signing the lease.
Collecting security deposit.
Performing Move-in/Move out Inspection
Coordinating routine maintenance issues while property is vacant (cleaning, lawn maintenace, etc.)
