Monthly & yearly financial reporting to make your year-end tax filing as simple as possible
Negotiating Vendor Services & invoice discrepancies
Owner Usury Services & creative repair alternatives

Pricing Structure & Management Fees:

There are many factors that go into negotiating a fair management agreement. Of course, the number of properties to be managed is the biggest determining factor. However, age and condition also play a role as these factors influence the amount of resources needed to propertly care for the property. Finally distance from the metropolitan area can also be a determining factor.
