September 2025 makes five years that I have been renting with Provident Real Estate! I absolutely love this company, especially Tracy. IF and that is a big if there are any maintenance issues, or I have any concerns they’re on top of it no waiting no run run around. These guys GET straight to it. I also love the fact that I’m not treated as just “ THE TENANT” this guys care, and are very understanding.

The whole team is very responsive! The home we were renting experienced an act of God that essentially made it unliveable. The home owner told us we had just a few days to move out as they were not willing to put us in a hotel. Well, Provident moved mountains for us! They found us a new place, and made moving process as painless as possible. We’re very grateful for them!

I've been through all kinds of rental properties and this one is by far the best. Tracey is always kind and quick to respond to any issues. I am on my 2nd year lease and never had an issue she didn't fix (even when it wasn't her problem to solve)! She would call the city when tenants had pot hole and sinkhole issues on the street in front of our building. Called to complain about A/C Issues and had someone out in less than 24 hrs. 10/10!

Have been renting from Provident for almost 7 years and have always been treated with professionalism and respect. Any issue that has come up, however minor, has always been taken care of quickly though, to be honest, I haven't had that many issues. When I have been on the road for work for a few weeks at a time, Tracey and her team have always made sure to keep an eye on my place and keep me updated. While I've had a couple of hiccups on a couple of occasions they've always strived to make things right as best as possible. Highly recommend!
